2) Website and services

Mattia Corona provides information about creative services such as website design, front-end development and related consulting. Any service engagement is subject to a separate written proposal or agreement.

3) Quotes, scope and revisions

  • Quotes: Requests submitted through the contact form/quote wizard are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
  • Scope: Deliverables, timelines, inclusions/exclusions and technical requirements are defined in the proposal/statement of work.
  • Revisions: Proposals typically include a limited number of revision rounds. Extra work may be billed separately.
  • Client responsibilities: You are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, access credentials and feedback needed to complete the work.

4) Fees and payments

Fees, milestones, payment methods and invoicing terms are specified in the proposal/contract. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Work may start after an initial deposit
  • Deliverables may be provided after full payment of the relevant milestone
  • Late payments may pause the project schedule

5) Intellectual property

  • Client materials: You retain rights to your content (texts, images, logos) and grant Mattia Corona a license to use it solely to perform the services.
  • Work product: Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the agreed deliverables, except for third-party components and pre-existing tools.
  • Third-party assets: Fonts, icons, images, libraries or plugins may be governed by their own licenses. You are responsible for ongoing compliance with those licenses after delivery.
  • Portfolio use: Unless you object in writing, Mattia Corona may showcase non-confidential work (screenshots, links) for portfolio/marketing purposes.

6) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and may contain errors or outdated information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mattia Corona disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In no event shall Mattia Corona be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services. Any liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant agreement, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
