Why we use this information
- To reply to questions about membership, first visits, workshops, accessibility, and collaborations.
- To organise a first welcome, callback, or visit based on the time slots you indicate.
- To keep lightweight internal records related to activity planning, volunteer coordination, and member support.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
- We do not request unnecessary sensitive information through the public contact form.
- We do not use your message for unrelated promotional purposes without a clear and separate choice.
Storage and access
Messages are accessible only to the association staff or volunteers who need them to answer your request. Information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for handling the conversation, welcoming you to an activity, or meeting simple administrative obligations.
Your choices
You can contact the association to request access, correction, or deletion of the contact details you previously shared. If you prefer, you can also ask us not to use your message for future follow-up beyond the current request.
